Once again, we’ve taken your comments from actually working with the materials on board as our inspiration. The result? We’ve improved yet another workbook, this time Wow!Silver, intended for 9-10 year olds. It goes by the name of Wow!Silver New Edition.
The content of Wow!Silver New Edition - meaning the vocabulary, grammar, and video materials - is the same as in the original.
What is new, though, is that the workbook is easier to navigate and better arranged, just as it is with Wow!Bronze New Edition. The spaces in which pupils should write answers are now clearly marked in white and are roomier. And tasks are clearly separated from each other using colour coding. The workbook therefore reflects the educational needs of the children and the thought-provoking comments of the teachers, without losing any of its colour or fun.
On top of that, it’s sure to become a reliable helper in practising differentiated learning, with fewer compulsory exercises and more bonus tasks with which to motivate gifted pupils. You’ll be helping all children - including gifted pupils and those with special learning needs - experience the feeling of success.
What we’d suggest: make use of the wide range of extra and photocopiable materials (for example, black-and-white dictionary, with the option of recording pupil progress, full-colour pages with realia from all over the world as part of the Class Book in PDF format, and so on) - you’ll find it all in your account at Wow!Academy.
The interactive My Wow! portal really is worth a visit. There are plenty of fun videos with Steve, Maggie and Bobby and our application for Android and iOS means that you can play videos anytime and anywhere, without any adverts. Super, isn't it?
